Over the past five years, BTP has expanded into the full reconditioning and rebuilding of industrial warehouse tuggers — the backbone of large-scale distribution and fulfillment operations. We bring the same precision and quality standards from our electronics manufacturing into every machine we rebuild.

What We Do
Complete Tugger Reconditioning

Full teardown, inspection, and rebuild of warehouse tuggers used in high-volume distribution environments. We restore machines to peak operational condition — extending service life and reducing downtime costs for our clients.

Scope of Work
Mechanical & Electrical Systems

Our rebuilds cover drivetrain components, electrical systems, battery and charging systems, steering and brake assemblies, structural frame inspection, and final QC testing before return to service.
